NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated January 6, 2003, executed by Borrower, Quincy R Webb, to Allan H. Larrick, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5008, at Page 7603. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 122 Andrea Court, Naoma, WV 25140. Pill & Pill, PLLC was appointed as Substitute Trustee by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated July 21, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5062, at Page 9840. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustee will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: September 21, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Marsh Fork District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: That certain property situate in Marsh Fork District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, which said real estate is described as follows Those certain tracts or parcels of land situate in Marsh Fork District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as Lots Nos Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19), as shown on a map or blueprint of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 8, at page 124. Reference to the map shown each said lots front forty (40) feet on Glenn Street. And being the same property acquired by Quincy R. Webb, by Deed dated January 6, 2003, from Barbara D. Webb, to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia. A copy of any notice of foreclosure sale shall be served on Grantors by certified mail, return receipt requested at the following address 122 Andrea Court, Naoma, WV 25140, or at such other address as may be given to Lender in writing by Grantors subsequent to the execution and delivery of this deed of trust. Being the same property conveyed to Quincy R. Webb by the Deed dated January 6, 2003 and recorded in Deed Book 5008, at Page 7602 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
