NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated October 2, 2017, executed by Sylvia M. Cozart and Max E. Lassiter, Grantors, conveyed unto Martha Haymaker and David G. Palmer, Trustees, on behalf of Calhoun County Bank, Inc., and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Lien Book 1993 at page 627, and pursuant to that certain Substitution of Trustee dated November 7, 2018, of record in the aforesaid Clerkás Office in Lien Book 2045 at page 759, the undersigned will sell at public auction on December 21, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse in Parkersburg, West Virginia, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being as follows:
In the City of Williamstown, County of Wood, and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded as described as follows:
BEING all of the East half of Lot No. 17 as shown on the original Map of the Town of Williamstown, West Virginia, recorded in said Clerkás Office in Deed Book No. 36, at page 131, which shows said lot fronting the south side of Second Street (formerly Green St) and extending southerly 148 feet between parallel lines, reference to said Plat is hereby made for a more particularly description.
Being the same tract or parcel of land conveyed unto Sylvia M. Cozart by Hall Land and Leasing Corporation by Deed dated December 16, 2013, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1207 at page 844.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, or a letter verifying approval of funding from lender with prior satisfactory arrangements made with the undersigned. Sale is subject to all unpaid taxes and assessments, which shall be assumed by the Purchaser.
Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time wihtout any notice other than oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for the sale.
