NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

 

 

Pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated August 31, 2012, executed by BRIAN LEE BROOKOVER, to David G. Palmer, Trustee, to secure WEST VIRGINIA CENTRAL CREDIT UNION, INC., and/or CHRISTY NESSELRODE, a/k/a/ KRISTY NESSELROAD, in the payment of the original sum of $26,459.09, said Deed of Trust of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in General Lien Book 1721 at page 289; and consequently assigned to KRISTY NESSELROAD on May 5, 2015, said Assignment recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in General Lien Book 1869 at page 625; and pursuant to an Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated May 22, 2015, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in General Lien Book 1871 at page 363, the undersigned will sell at public auction at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., on Tuesday, the 14th day of July, 2015, at the front door of the Courthouse in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

 

SITUATE in the City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows; and having the address of 2309 Oak Street, Parkersburg, WV.

 

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of St. Marys Avenue 160 feet north of Dils Street; thence with said St. Marys Avenue in a northerly direction 40 feet to a point, a corner to Lot 6; thence in a westerly direction with a line of said Lot 6, 116 feet to an alley; thence with the easterly line of said alley in a southerly direction 40 feet to a point; thence in an easterly direction 116 feet to St. Marys Avenue, the place of beginning, being all of Lot No. 5, Norwood Addition (St. Marys Avenue above referred to is now Oak Street).

 

TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on the day of sale. Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time without any notice other than oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for the sale. The purchaser shall be responsible for any real estate taxes.
