NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated October 8, 2004, from William Flem Lowe to Metz Law Offices, P.L.L.C., Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5015, at page 2954, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $61,827.80, payable to Homeone Credit Corp., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., as Assignee of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on July 13, 2015 at 2:15 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated on Tommys Creek, Slab Fork District, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern corner of the property of the female grantor and a road; thence in a northerly direction and with the western line of the property of the grantor approximately 272 feet to the northwestern corner of the property of the grantor; thence with the northern boundary line of the grantor and in a easterly direction approximately 157 feet to a point on the northern line of the grantor; thence with a new line though the property of the grantor and in a southerly direction approximately 272 feet to the road on the southern boundary of the property of the grantor; thence in a westerly direction and with the road and the southern boundary of the property of the grantor approximately 190 feet to the place and point of BEGINNING. Being the same property conveyed from Nannie Lee Lowe and William Earl Lowe, her husband, to William Flem Lowe, by Deed dated July 15, 1999, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5000, at page 3399.
