NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 7, 2007, from Matthew F. Fisher and Amanda D. Fisher to Pam Smoljanovich, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1113, at page 234, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $66,530.11, payable to Tammac Holdings Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Tammac Holdings Corporation, the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia on November 13, 2019 at 10:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all of the following described real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the community of Matoaka, Rock District, Mercer County, West Virginia, and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a common point on the boundary line of the Delp property and Shorter tract, (as described in the deed to the grantors herein at Deed Book 849, at page 515), and the old Lashmeet Road, heading in westerly direction following said road approximately 180 feet to a marker placed beside the old Lashmeet Road; thence, 377 feet south to another marker planted in the line of the Shorter tract and the Delp property; thence in a easterly direction; tracking the boundary of the Shorter tract and the Delp property, which is a gradual arc, back unto the point of beginning at the Old Lashmeet Road, said tract containing approximately an acre and one-half.

Being the same property conveyed from Kathy D. Stables to Matthew F. Fisher and Amanda D. Fisher, husband and wife, by Deed dated January 17, 2007, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 907, at page 350.
