Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 26, 2007, from James D. Daniels and Priscilla A. Daniels to E. Dennis White, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5027, at page 5776, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $48,624.10, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on February 5, 2019 at 1:45 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described lots or parcels of land, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying, and being at or near Pemberton, Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and described as follows, to-wit:
Lots No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Section 6 of the Lilly Land Company Addition to the Town of Pemberton, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being the same property as described in the Deed dated the 28th day of January, 1953, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 327, at page 311, to which deed reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property.

Being the same property conveyed from Basil Kester to James D. Daniels and Priscilla A. Daniels, his wife, by Deed dated May 10, 1999, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5000, at page 2424.
Terms of the sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at sale. Ninety percent balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
