NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, September 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
The applicant, Peach Tree Investments, has submitted a Sketch Plan for a Major Subdivision Development for a Final Plat. The property is approximately 1.0933 acres. The property is located on Rosewood Drive, Charles Town, WV. The requested Zoning Map Amendment is for a part of parcel of District 3, Tax Map 12, Parcel 17.00.
