NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 25th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
The applicant, Arcadia Land Inc, has submitted a Sketch Plan for a Major Subdivision Development for Phase 14A for the construction of 27 Townhouse lots with associated roads and utilities. The property is approximately 27.22 acres. The property is located at the intersection of WV Route 9 (Charles Town Road) and VA Route 340 (Berryville Pike), Charles Town, WV. The property is identified by District 3, Tax Map 12, Parcels 209.1, 209.4 & 215.
