NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 25th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
The applicant, Arcadia Land Inc, has submitted a Sketch Plan for a Major Subdivision Development for Phases 7 and 8 for the construction of 49 single-family lots with associated roads and utilities. The property is approximately 17.62 acres. The property is located at the intersection of WV Route 9 (Charles Town Road) and VA Route 340 (Berryville Pike), Charles Town, WV. The property is identified by District 3, Tax Map 12, Parcels 209.1 & 215.
