Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier in the transportation of passengers statewide

 

NOTICE

 

On March 30, 2020, the Applicant filed for a certificate of convenience and necessity to provide specialized limousine service to all fifty-five counties in West Virginia. The Applicant proposed the following service rates: $25.00 for the first ten miles and $2.50 per mile for each additional mile.

 

Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
