Notice is hereby given that, under authority of a certain deed of trust hereinafter described, the undersigned Trustee will, at the front door of the Randolph County Courthouse, in Elkins, West Virginia, on
APRIL 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
offer for sale certain property described in that certain deed of trust executed by Samuel Brenwalt and Kimberly Tompkins to the undersigned as Trustee, which deed of trust is described as bearing date the 1st day of October, 2008; and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 449 at page 196, and given to secure Michael G. Davis, the payment of a note therein described, and which said property is described as follows:
That certain tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Elkins, with any and all improvements and appurtenances situated thereon and thereunto belonging, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Lots Nos. 74 and 75 in Block “J” of the Second Section of the Hillside Addition to the City of Elkins, Randolph County, West Virginia, each lot being rectangular in shape and each lot is bounded on the northwest for 40 feet by High Street, on the southeast for 40 feet by Kirk Street, and which Lot No. 74 is bounded on the southwest by Lot No. 73 for 140 feet and on the northeast for 140 feet by Lot No. 75, and Lot No. 75 is bounded on the northeast for 140 feet by Lot No. 76, and being the same lots or parcel of real estate shown on the Land Record of Randolph County, on Tax Map 19, Parcel No. 0208, in Elkins Corporation District.
The above described property will be sold by Special Warranty Deed subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions and conditions of record or visible on the ground and subject to all unpaid levies and assessments including real estate taxes.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale.
