NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Common Council of the City of Beckley will accept from qualified firms for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, and performing all work necessary to complete the renovation and moving of the “Dinky Train” from New River Park, 100 Adair Street to new the location across from the Youth Museum, 509 Ewart Avenue. Detailed specifications and any additional bid information may be obtained by contacting Leslie Baker, (304) 256-1747, or at the Beckley Exhibition Mine, 513 Ewart Avenue between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.. Bids will be received until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015 for public opening and read aloud in a meeting of Common Council on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder – Treasurer in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate contents. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street or mailed to P.O.
