NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Common Council for the City of Beckley is accepting bids from qualified firms for the purchase of a rear loading refuse/recycling truck
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from Billie Trump, City of Beckley Recorder/Treasurer at City Hall at 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV or by calling (304) 256-1768, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30 p.m. that same day. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate contents. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street, or mailed PO Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause.
