Notice to Bidders
The Common Council of the City of Beckley will accept bids from qualified firms for the purchase of a Classroom Audio/Video Presentation System for the Beckley Fire Department. Bids shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and necessary debris removal and/or disposal.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the Beckley Fire Department by emailing, [email protected] or calling 304-256-1780, between the hours of 08:00 am. to 4:00 pm. Monday through Friday.
Bids will be received until 4:00 pm, Tuesday, June 23, 2020. All sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during the regular meeting of Common Council beginning at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at 409 South Kanawha St.
Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate contents. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha St. or mailed to P. O. Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid without cause.
