Notice To Members
The annual meeting of the members of the Carolina Improvement Association is called for and will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 10:00 am to noon at the Carolina United Methodist Church basement, 3rd and Main Street in Carolina, West Virginia, Marion County, for the following purposes:
1. Roll Call
2. Proof of meeting notice
3. Determine if a quorum is established
4. Read minutes of preceding meeting
5. Financial Report
6. Report of Directors
7. Act upon business that properly comes before the meeting
Thirty-eight (38) members in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum.
