NOTICE TO PUBLIC
At the March 26, 2015 meeting the Mid-Ohio Valley Board of Health approved a service fee for the Smiles for Life Adult Screening and Referral Program Screening and a flat fee for dental treatment based on proof of income and Federal Poverty Level Guidelines. The Early Smiles, First Dental Visit screening fee was also approved. A complete listing of these fees is posted in the following MOVHD offices or at www.movhd.com.
