NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC As required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Housing Authority of the City of Beckley has developed its Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2015. the plan is available for review at the Authority’s administrative offices located at 100 Beckwoods Drive, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and until 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
