Rental Assistance Waiting List Reopening
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley will open its waiting list for the Moderate Rehabilitation Program one-bedroom effective Monday, May 18, 2026. Applications may be picked up at our office located at 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, during normal business hours. Applications can also be completed on the Beckley Housing Authority's website at www.beckleyha.com. Our agency can also mail an application by calling our office at 304-256-1772. The Beckley Housing Authority serves the corporate city limits of Beckley only.
