The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 101 Virginia Street, Apt. 2, Beckley, WV 25801, Raleigh County, West Virginia, in that the above-named respondent is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenants. And it appearing by an affidavit in this action that it appearing by an affidavit of unknown residency filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon the defendant after service was twice attempted by the sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
