Kirkpatrick III, Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Raven Williams, DOB September 8, 2003, Alleigh Williams, DOB May 4, 2006, Alvin R. Williams, DOB May 4, 2006, Connor Rogusky, DOB February 8, 2008 and Ethan Rogusky, DOB January 28, 2009. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Jeremy Lambright or of any known or unknown father, or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant children, Connor Rogusky and Ethan Rogusky, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Jeremy Lambright or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant children, Connor Rogusky and Ethan Rogusky, appear in the Office of the Honorable H.L. Kirkpatrick III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for Hearing for Disposition of Respondent Mother and Respondent Jeffrey Lambright, and Hearing on Motion to Terminate Improvement Period and Parental Rights of Mother, on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Jeremy Lambright or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant children, Connor Rogusky and Ethan Rogusky, be advised of his right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if they cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
