The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer.
It appearing by affidavit filed in thisáaction that Christina Dale Miller and Joseph A. Miller and/or any current occupants are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Christina Dale Miller and Joseph A. Miller and/or any current occupants via personal service on March 3, 2017 and March 4, 2017, without effect, it is therefore
ORDERED that Christina Dale Miller and Joseph A. Miller and/or any current occupants do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiffás attorney, whose address is 5040 Corporate Woods Drive, Suite 120, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462, an answer or other, response to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from second date of publication, otherwise, judgment by default will be entered against Christina Dale Miller and Joseph A. Miller and/or any current occupants at any time thereafter.
