It is hereby ordered that DEVIN ANN – MARIE LEWIS, Respondent, serve upon TIMOTHY WAYNE LEWIS, II, Petitioner, whose address is 302 DEMPSIE AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 3, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
