It is hereby ordered that MICHAEL C. TUBOSNICK, Respondent, serve upon GEORGE CHANDLER, Petitioner Atty, whose address is P.O. BOX 2011, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 10, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
