On or about July 16, 2016, H.L.., and on or about July 16, 2016, K.L., the above-named children was born to ELIZABETH LOSCAR. It appearing that the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the SEPTEMBER 25, 2017, at the hour of 1:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JUSTIN RABER, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 712 6TH STREET, ST. MARYS, WV 26170, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-1551.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named child, H.L., and K.L.
