ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to obtain an order and decree from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, that fee simple title to real estate, described as that parcel of land situate in Charles Town District, Jefferson County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as Lots 19 and 20, Section 10J, Shannondale Subdivision, as shown on a plat made of said Section recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Jefferson County, West Virginia, in deed Book 346 at Page 256, Plaintiff’s deed being of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1171 at Page 515, is fully vested in the Plaintiff herein, and forever quieting title to the said real estate as against any claimof the Defendant Michael A. Capone II, or any claiming through Michael A. Capone II, to an interest in this real estate, and for such other relief as the Court may, in equity, deem meet and just.
And it appearing that by affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant Michael A. Capone II is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, be it so ordered that Defendant Michael A. Capone II, or other interested parties, do serve upon Plaintiff Donald J. Orser, whose address is 250 Blue Ridge Loop, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia 25425, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 2, 2017; Otherwise, Judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
