It is hereby ordered that JOHN JEFFREY BOEHLER, Respondent, serve upon BRANDI SUE GRISWOLD, Petitioner, whose address is C/O CAROLE JONES, CIRCUIT CLERK, WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 29, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
