The object of this suit is to obtain a modification against Respondent, Patisha Frye (Simmons).
It appearing that the whereabouts of Patisha Frye (Simmons) are unknown. It is hereby ordered that she serve upon Gary Frye, 338 Patriots Way, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before September 25, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A hearing is scheduled for Monday, the 25th day of September, 2017 at 2:00 pm before the Honorable David Greenberg of the Jefferson County Family Court.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
