It is hereby ordered that CASSANDRA LEIANNE GRAESSLE, Respondent, serve upon REBECCA LEANN GRAESSLE, Petitioner, by serving REBECCA LEANN GRAESSLE, 216 CLARION ROAD, WALKER, WV 26180, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before OCTOBER 23, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
