The object of the above entitled action is to obtain an adoption of the above-named children. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent Father, MICHAEL V. HAMBRICKás whereabouts are unknown and that said Respondent Father has no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney-in-fact in the State of West Virginia upon whom service may be had.
It is ORDERED that the Respondent Father, MICHAEL V. HAMBRICK, do serve upon ANGELA BRUNICARDI- DOSS, Petitionerás Attorney, whose address is 1130 Market Street, P. O. Box 143, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26102, an answer or other defense to the Petition within 20 days, otherwise the prayer of said Petition will be granted. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office at Wood County Judicial Annex, Two Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101. Further, a hearing will be held on the Petition for Adoption, before the Honorable Jason Wharton, Wood County Circuit Court Judge, in chambers located at the Wood County Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, West Virginia on the 6th day of November, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. At which time and place you may be present to protect your interests.
