It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address of Monica J. Thomas is unknown to the Petitioner at this time. It is hereby ordered that Monica J. Thomas serve upon Earl W. Thomas, Petitioner, whose address is 100 Evitts Drive, Ranson, WV 25438, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before December 4, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
