On or about July 6, 2013, M.H., the above-named child was born to CRYSTAL HIGGS. It appearing that the Father, MARCUS McDONALD, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the DECEMBER 19, 2017, at the hour of 11:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MARCUS McDONALD, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, WELLS DILLON, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 1300 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 424-3450.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MARCUS McDONALD, with respect of the above-named child, M.H.
