It appearing that the Mother, VALERIE STEWART, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MARCH 5, 2018, at the hour of 11:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, VALERIE STEWART, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JESSICA MYERS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 287, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3600.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, VALERIE STEWART, with respect of the above-named child, S.S.
