It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CASSIE JANE BARKER is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that CASSIE JANE BARKER, Respondent, serve upon JASON BRIAN BARKER, Petitioner, at, 164 MINERAL PARK LANE, MINERAL WELLS, WV 26150, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 7, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
