The object of this suit is to obtain an Order from the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, to allow the adoption of COLBIN LEE ROBINSON, born July 25, 2008, and to change the name of COLBIN LEE ROBINSON, which suit may result in the termination of the parental rights of the birth father to said child.

You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, and that you may serve upon GERALD M. TITUS, JR., Petitionersá Attorney, whose address is 1034 Garfield Avenue, Post Office Box 1625, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a responsive pleading to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action on or before May 28, 2018. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Adoption and your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in this proceeding. You may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service.
You are further notified that a hearing on the Petition for Adoption is scheduled for Tuesday, the 19 day of June, 2018, at 10:30 oáclock, Am., before the HONORABLE JASON WHARTON, Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in this courtroom at the Wood County Judicial Building, Fourth Floor, No. 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, but, if you do not respond as legally required by May 28, 2018, you may be prevented from taking part in or objecting to such proceedings.
