It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JASON CHRISTOPHER JORDAN is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that JASON CHRISTOPHER JORDAN, Respondent, serve upon MELISSA DAWN JORDAN, Petitioner, at, C/O CAROLE JONES, CIRCUIT CLERK, WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 30, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
