It is hereby ordered that CHARLES ALLEN SHINGLETON, Respondent, serve upon JULIE KAY SHINGLETON, Petitioner, at, 704 RACE ST. PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 27, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
