The object of the above entitled action is to quit title and vest title in the property free and clear of all claims of the above as to that certain parcel of real estate described as Tct 2.916 A Briscoe Run, Williams District, Wood County West Virginia.
Being the same property conveyed unto MHR, LLC by Bret Richards by Deed dated April 18, 2018, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia.
And it appearing that the identity and whereabouts of some of the party Respondents is unknown or not determinable and there may be persons other than those names in the Complaint interested in the subject matter of this action, whose names and whereabouts are unknown to the Petitioner, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents, together with any persons holding an interest in the above described property, serve upon L. Richard Dorsey, II, Petitioners attorney, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1083, Hurricane, West Virginia 25526, an answer or any defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before, August 14, 2018, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against the Respondents, ay any time thereafter. A copy of this Complaint in this action can be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás Office.
