On or about June 10, 2002, L.J., the above-named child, was born to DENNA LOTT. It appearing that the Mother, DENNA LOTT, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the SEPTEMBER 24, 2018, at the hour of 1:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, DENNA LOTT, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, DENNA LOTT, with respect of the above-named children, L.J..
