It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that VERONICA SUSIE WYATT, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that VERONICA SUSIE WYATT, Respondent, serve upon MICHAEL SCOTT WYATT, Petitioner, at, 52 HICKORY HEIGHTS RD, MINERAL WELLS, WV 26150, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 3, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
