It is hereby ordered that TIMOTHY PAUL REISINGER, Respondent, serve upon GINNY LYNN REISINGER Petitioner, at, C/O CAROLE JONES, CIRCUIT CLERK, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before OCTOBER 10, 2018
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
