The object of the above entitled action is To obtain judgment in the amount of $5040.00 for Homeowners Dues from 2010 and all subsequent fees and penalties, plus interest from judgment date and court cost.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Brenda Marshall, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 12-14-18, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
