children, were born to JODIE
MORGAN. It appearing that the Father, MARCUS THOMPSON, of the above-
named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on APRIL 5, 2019, at the hour of 2:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MARCUS THOMPSON, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposion result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MARCUS THOMPSON, with respect of the above-named children, A.T. and C.T.
