The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that KELLY NIPPS is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that,
KELLY NIPPS, Respondent, serve upon KEVIN MADRID NIPPS, petitioner, whose address is #2 WORTHINGTON LANE #4, PARKERSBURG WV 26104 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 23, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
