It is hereby ordered that, DECONTEE SMITH, Respondent, serve upon ROSALIE RHEA SMITH, petitioner, whose address is 104 MOUND ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26104 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 22, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
