The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgement against Andrew M. Hopkins in the amount of $6068.07 with interest and court cost.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is location.
It is ordered that Andrew M. Hopkins do serve upon ROBIN WATERS, magistrate, whose address is filed in this action on or before July 1, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against ANDREW M. HOPKINS at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
