The object of the above entitled action is for the court to award the Plaintiff a fee simple title in the following described property:
2325 Cypress Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 with legal description as City of Parkersburg, County of Wood, State of West Virginia, to wit:
BEING all of Lot No. Twenty (20) in Block No. Seven (7) of New Dominion Addition to Parkersburg, as shown on a plat of said Addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 1, at Page 19.
It appearing by Verified Complaint and by Affidavit in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residences or whereabouts of each Defendant herein without effect and that there may be persons and Defendants of interest in the subject matter of this action and who are made Defendants by the general description of unknown Defendants.
ORDERED that each Defendant do serve upon R. Vance Golden, III, counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before July 16, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás Office at the Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
