On or about May 3, 2016 I.F. the above-named child and on or about September 16, 2010 C.C., the above-named child, was born to KARI CAPLINGER. It appearing that the Mother, KARI CAPLINIGER, of the above-named childrens whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on AUGUST 26, 2019, at the hour of 11:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, KARI CAPLINGER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, KARI CAPLINIGER with respect of the above-named children, I.F and C.C.
