The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $2,596.10 for grass & weed maintenance fees and pre-judgment interest through 6-30-19, plus interest from the date of judgment and court cost.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendants do serve upon Joe Kuhl, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 28, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
