ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above styled civil actiojn is to partition certain real property situate at 4300 Stella Street, in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, which real property is more particularly described as all those certain lots, tractsw or parcels of real estate, situate, lying and being in the District of Parkersburg City, Wood County, West Virginia:

BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of Stella Street and at the common corner of Lots Nos. 25 and 26 of the Addition hereinafter named, and running thence with the Easterly line of Stella Street in a Northerly direction 116 feet to the Southwest corner of a Lot sold to Karseys; thence running Easterly with the line of the Karsey Lot and also parallel with the Northerly line of Lot 26, 420 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line of an alley; thence with the Westerly line of said alley in a Southerly direction, 216 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot No. 25; thence in a Westerly direction with the Southerly line of Lot No. 25, 219.4 feet to the Southeast corner of a Lot sold to Peppers; thence with the Easterly line of the Peppersá Lot and a Lot sold to Bell parallel with Stella Street, 100 feet to the Southerly line of Lot No. 26; thence in a Westerly direction with the Southerly line of Lot No. 26, 200 feet to the place of beginning, and being all of Lot No. 26, part of Lot No. 25, and a part of Lot No. 27 of Camden Farms Addition No. 2, and being a part of the same tract devised by the Will of Elizabeth Scherf to Thomas H. Scherf, by her Will recorded in Will Book No. 28, at Page No. 107.

Excepting thereform that portion of the foregoing described real estate previously conveyed to Fred L. Mor lan by Deed dated November 30, 1959, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 438, at Page No. 484 to which reference is hereby made.

It appearing by Affidavit filed in this actioni that Larry James Peck and David Wayne Peck are nonresidents of the State of West Virginia; that there are may be persons other than those named above as plantiff and defendants who are heirs of the said Larry Wayne Peck and interested in said lands, whose names are unknown to the plaintiffm, and who are made parties to the complaint filed in this action by the general description of unknown defendants; it is
ORDERED that each of them do appear and serve upon Robert S. Fluharty Jr., attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 417 Grand Park Drive, Suite 101, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26105, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before the 20th day of September 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in the Wood County Courthouse situate in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
