It is hereby ordered that, JOHN BISHOP, Respondent, serve upon MARY K BISHOP, petitioner, whose address is 42 LILAC LANE, DAVISVILLE, WV 26142 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 9, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
